Tier 02 · Launch · Business Launch Kit

Most new businesses launch a website, hope for leads, and learn the hard way that hope is not a strategy. The Business Launch Kit is a 90-day program that ships a complete operating system — site, brand, CRM, automation, and the SEO foundation that turns the first 90 days into the first compounding quarter.

Who This Is For

Founders Launching Service or B2B Businesses.

You have the offer. You have the customer. You don't have the infrastructure. You don't want to spend the next six months stitching together a WordPress theme, a Mailchimp account, a Calendly link, and three Notion docs that don't talk to each other.

The Business Launch Kit gives you the operating system: a real website engineered for conversion, a CRM wired to capture every lead, automation that runs follow-up on autopilot, and the SEO foundation that turns each piece of content into a compounding asset. Built in 90 days. Owned by you. Ready to scale.

What's Included

The Full Operating System.

01 · WEBSITE BUILD

Conversion-engineered WordPress site

Custom-built (not template-bloated) WordPress site engineered for search and conversion. Page architecture, messaging, CTAs, performance — all set up the way they should have been the first time.

02 · BRAND FOUNDATION

Positioning, messaging, identity

Clear positioning so your buyers know what you do in three seconds. Voice and messaging architecture. Visual identity foundation (logo, colour, typography) ready to scale into a full brand system.

03 · CRM + AUTOMATION

Lead capture, follow-up, pipeline

CRM setup and configuration. Lead capture forms wired to your pipeline. Email follow-up sequences for new enquiries. Pipeline tracking so you can see every lead and every stage in real time.

04 · 90-DAY SEO FOUNDATION

Technical SEO + first content cluster

What You Walk Away With

A Business That's Actually a Business.

At day 90, you don't have a website and a Notion doc — you have an operating system. A site that ranks. A CRM that captures every lead. Follow-up that runs without you. A content engine that compounds. Clear positioning your buyers understand.

From here, the natural next step is either Local Growth Booster to dominate your geography, or Enterprise Growth Engine as you scale into a multi-channel acquisition strategy.

Before You Engage

Questions Founders Ask First.

Engagements run between $15,000 and $30,000 total depending on scope, brand depth, and CRM complexity. Payable in milestones, not upfront. Written scope and price after the free strategic consultation — before you commit.
Helpful but not required. If you don't have a name or a domain yet, the strategy phase (days 1–14) covers positioning, naming guidance, and domain selection. Branding is built from scratch as part of the program.
Then you're a better fit for the Website Optimizer Pack — same engineering, applied to your existing site without a full rebuild.
DFY is the default for the Launch Kit — most founders launching don't have the bandwidth to build alongside. DWY is available if you have an in-house team. See the comparison.
It depends on your team size, budget, and how much automation you need. For most early-stage service businesses, GoHighLevel or HubSpot (Starter) is the right fit — robust automation, affordable, and built for lead management. If you're in a niche that has specific CRM requirements, we discuss that in the strategy phase before making a recommendation.
You own everything — the site, the CRM, the automations, the content. There are no vendor lock-ins. At hand-off, you receive a playbook for managing and growing each system. Optional ongoing retainers are available for content production, GBP management, and CRM optimisation — but they're never required.
In DFY mode: roughly 2–3 hours per week — mostly for decisions and feedback (reviewing brand concepts, approving messaging, testing the site before launch). In DWY mode, your team is more hands-on with execution. I'll tell you exactly what's needed in the strategy phase so there are no surprises.
